When I first walked through the door of suite 1002, my body was swolen, my pain was barely tolerable, my flexibility was reduced to geriatric levels, and my spirit was close to giving up. This was an excellent experience and the lymphatic massages and Balancer Pro was incredibly helpful in my healing process. But even more helpful was Delmi! She is incredibly knowledgeable, very personable, enthusiastic and inspiring! Love her!!! The office is very efficiently run, very clean and has a wonderful calm relaxing atmosphere. One time I received a text message that she was running 15 minutes behind and I could go in 15 minutes later if I didn’t want to wait in the office. Who does that??!!! I never waited for my appointment-she was always ready. I give True Recovery the highest recommendation!

I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo of the flanks, outer thighs, and bra roll. While my surgeon did a good job, his after care was very limited and disappointing. After two weeks of painful recovery process I still didn’t feel I was making much progress. I was walking stooped over and in so much pain. I found lymphatic massage in my research and it led me to True Recovery. At roughly 3 weeks post op I had my first session and went home 99% upright and already feeling better. She was amazing in helping me to choose new garments as we went along, which was a lifesaver as my surgeon had given little to no direction in that area. While the sessions were a bit painful at first they also helped so much with swelling and reducing the pain exponentially. Delmie was amazing to work with, listened to all my whining about my pain, but also about what was going on in my life during our sessions. She was sweet, caring, and uplifting. I had regular sessions for 12 weeks and it it was worth every penny. Cosmetic surgery was a major investment for me, so the extra cost of recovery management was worth it to get the best outcome possible.

The results of my sessions were unexpected. I am very pleased with the outcome. I did not want anything to do with a compression garment, but once Delmie fitted me and explained the reasons and the short duration, I did it. Within days I could see the benefits. I have never had a lymphatic massage before but it was recommended by my surgeon after surgery. Well it was a 100% the best decision ever! Delmie is amazing and super knowledgeable!
