A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to schedule and $90 balance is due at the time of evaluation.
Then you can choose between these options:
– $130 each individually (paid one at at time)
– $600 pack of 5 ($120 each) paid by Zelle, Venmo, Mastercard or Visa only*
– $550 pack of 5 if paid by cash ($110 each)
*3% processing fee applied if using Mastercard or Visa We do not accept American Express
Cancellation Policy
We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment.
- Any patient who calls on the same day of appointment to cancel/reschedule will be allowed a one-time make-up session without a fee. Appointment will be subject to availability.
- Any patient who calls on the same day of appointment to cancel/reschedule for a second time will be charged a full session fee.
- Any patient who fails to show without calling to cancel/reschedule will be charged a full session fee.
